Sobera Foundation works to promote communication, digital literacy and practical skills among children, youth, women and underserved communities. Through training sessions, workshops, awareness programmes and community-based learning activities, the Foundation aims to improve communication abilities, confidence, basic computer knowledge and responsible use of digital technologies.

The programme may include communication skills, spoken communication, public speaking, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, computer fundamentals, internet awareness, digital literacy and access to information and online services.

The initiative is intended to strengthen educational, social and livelihood opportunities by helping beneficiaries develop relevant skills for participation in an increasingly digital society. Activities may be undertaken directly by the Foundation or in collaboration with qualified trainers, educational institutions, community organisations and other appropriate partners.
